Requirements

  • Associates degree, plus two to three years of related experience in an administrative field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Willingness to submit to record checks to detect criminal convictions of behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, distributing drugs or sex crimes.
  • Requires a valid auto-insurance, a valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain one with approved driver status.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with supervision and management preferred.

Responsibilities

  • The Supervisor will oversee a limited number of employees with the program, such as Administrative Support Assistant, Maintenance or Cook positions, and other staff that perform administrative functions.
  • Regular contact with clients and program staff to furnish and/or obtain information on routine matters or pressing concerns.
  • Front desk work such as answers incoming telephone calls, scheduling client appointment and prepare files.
  • Expected to project a caring and professional manner with clients, co-workers and general public.
