As a member of the care team, plans, coordinates and supervises overall operations of the office under supervision of Practice Manager. Orients and trains support staff on systems to assure compliance with regulations, policies and procedures of the practice. Interviews and selects new staff as necessary. Conducts daily huddles with staff. Supervises team members to include strategies to engage and retain staff, reward and recognize good performance, and coach and discipline staff when required.
