What You’ll Do As the Office Supervisor, you will: Lead and Inspire: Set the standard for friendly, compassionate service while supervising, training, and evaluating your team. Ensure Efficiency: Oversee office procedures, implement improvements, and manage staffing to provide seamless operations. Maintain a Professional Environment: Keep facilities clean, organized, and safe, addressing maintenance and inventory needs proactively. Support Clients and Staff: Serve as a key contact for resolving concerns, maintaining EHR systems, and handling client complaints when needed. Foster Collaboration: Work with IT, Facilities, and Accounts Payable teams to address technical, maintenance, and financial needs. Contribute to Success: Represent the agency on committees and workgroups, and support administrative tasks for the Chief Operating Officer. Stay Flexible: Travel to satellite offices as needed to ensure consistent operations across locations. What You Bring Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
