About The Position

As an Office Specialist 2 in Tillamook, Oregon, you will provide the primary administrative and clerical support for the North Coast Watershed District. Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications Option 1: Two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents;
  • OR- Option 2: An associate degree in any field;
  • OR- Option 3: An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience issuing licenses, tags and permits
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Experience processing invoices and related purchasing documents
  • Experience managing multiple phone lines
  • Experience reviewing customer documents for authenticity and accuracy
  • Experience serving a broad and diverse range of staff and members of the public
