We currently have two openings at Snake River Correctional Institution for a temp Office Specialist 2. These positions are expected last 3-4 months. About the Job – Your Role Your primary duties in this role will be to provide clerical support for the administrative and operational activities at the Health Services Division through completion of activities which support the functions of the electronic health records (EHR) project and business operations. You will use established methods to ensure accuracy of health record maintenance and filing, timely flow of written and verbal communication, compilation of statistics and reports, and records management. Self-motivated and able to meet numerous firm deadlines, with frequent interruptions in daily work schedule.
