The part-time Office Services Assistant is responsible for maintaining daily business operational duties such as administrative task management, managing building facilities, and providing support to staff for tasks related to this work. Key duties include office supply delegation and replenishment, management of incoming and outgoing mail/packages, coordinating vendor services, maintaining office equipment, set up/break down of tables for office events, and supporting staff onboarding and offboarding. The ideal candidate will be a strong multi-tasker with great organizational skills, have previous experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), possess the ability to communicate professionally in an office setting, and have previous experience with using standard office equipment (printers, scanners, etc). The hourly pay range for this role is $16.50 - $20.50 per hour. Any extended offer is based on the candidate's experience and overall fit for the role. The work schedule will consist of 8-12 hours a week on Tuesday and Wednesday between the hours of 8:30am-2:30pmCT.
