This opportunity, with direction and partnership with the Office Leadership team, has overall responsibility for pursuing and winning projects for the South Central Texas office, which includes locations in Austin, El Paso, Round Rock, and San Antonio. The OSM shepherds development of the office strategic plan, developing and delivering on the sales component of that plan. As a champion to the Sophisticated Sales Approach (SSA) process, serves as a key strategist to project pursuits and builds and leverages relationships across the firm to bring needed resources to those pursuits. The OSM serves as a member of the Office Leadership team. This role may also include public engagement and communications assignments for key municipal clients in the Central Texas region.
