Primary Job Responsibilities: Perform This role works closely with Dutch Farms Sales team to manage their administrative duties such as sales forms, deal sheets, and various files for retail stores. Role will also include other administrative duties such as data entry, item setup, and reporting. Assist internal and external parties in these tasks. Task could include the following: · Inputs weekly and monthly pricing into the system in a timely and deadline driven format. · Manage and maintain pricing files, keep them up to date with formula and model changes. · Communicate price changes to customers and sales staff, as needed. · Manage and research pricing disputes with customers and sales team. · Settle customer short pays by check with research of correct pricing. · Track vendor billbacks from promotions offered for distributed items. · Runs buying and sales reports on a scheduled basis, and as requested. · Input and track deals in Demand Tec and Trade partners portal · Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail, good organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Candidate must be able to use efficiently and effectively basic math, formula creation and interaction through the Excel programming.
  • Works well in a team environment including able to work with a diverse group of people from all aspects of the Dutch Farms business
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate orally in a clear and positive manner with other company team members
  • Ability to generate and maintain accurate and concise written records.
  • Communicates (speaks, understands, reads and writes reports using acceptable format and sentence and paragraph structure) in English.
  • Works well in a team environment and is a productive member of his/her department by adhering to all Dutch Farms, Inc. policies
  • Associate degree; or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
