The Entry Level Part Time Office Services Associate will be responsible for providing copy, print, and other administrative support services on-site daily in a professional environment. Hourly Compensation: $16.00-16.00 USD Schedule: This is an on-call position, specifically aimed to help cover for staff members who may be out of the office. The hours will be approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00PM (hours vary based on site assigned), and flexibility in daily work schedule for potential overtime hours required. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Authorization to work in the US
  • willingness to submit to required pre-employment drug screen
  • Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
  • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Ability to lift 55lbs, ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time
  • Willingness to cross-train for other job functions

Nice To Haves

  • Computer knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Office preferred
  • Customer service-related experience preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize all materials required for copy, scanning and faxing
  • Copy, scan and fax high volume of paperwork in designated files securing any and all important documents.
  • Enter paperwork into an electronic system either by data entry or by using multifunction devices such as copiers/scanners.
  • Determine the correct copy and scanning settings to ensure quality of each document.
  • Sort and file documents electronically.
  • Processing, sorting and distributing incoming mail to employees in a corporate setting.
  • Logging incoming mail into an internal system as required.
  • Delivering mail and packages from one department or individual to another within an office.
  • Maintaining shipping and mailing supplies, such as envelopes, boxes, tape, and stamps, and keep an inventory of these supplies.
  • Handling all outgoing packages, ensuring proper labeling, and arranging pickup from the post office, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers.
  • Ability to comfortably move/carry file boxes.
  • Ability to prepare and setup conference rooms for meetings.
  • Ability to replace the receptionist for short period of times such as lunch or short breaks.
  • Ability to work independently, and also in a team setting; Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information; Demonstrating strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Other tasks as assigned to support client and site needs
