About The Position

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that our front desk operations run smoothly. In this position, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, greeting guests, and supporting the daily operations of our office.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or staff.
  • Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings for office staff.
  • Maintain the office reception area and ensure it is presentable and organized.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
