Be our next Tampa Office Receptionist, supporting our teams and creating a welcoming, efficient, and well ‑ organized office environment! Your work environment at EXP: EXP is an award ‑ winning international engineering firm, and our Tampa office is seeking a full ‑ time Receptionist to support our field and administrative staff. This role is essential to maintaining smooth daily operations and ensuring our teams, clients, and visitors experience the professionalism and hospitality that define EXP.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in an office, administrative, or customer ‑ facing role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage responsibilities in a fast ‑ paced environment.
  • Comfort learning new systems and tools, including access control platforms.
  • A proactive, service ‑ oriented mindset with a commitment to supporting team needs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact by answering incoming calls and providing support to field and administrative staff.
  • Place orders for office and operational needs, including vendors such as Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Publix.
  • Reserve and coordinate meeting rooms to support internal and external gatherings.
  • Learn and utilize YourSix to manage building access, including issuing new access cards.
  • Coordinate catering and lunch orders for meetings, trainings, and special events.
  • Sort, distribute, and manage all incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Oversee FedEx shipments, including: Tracking all packages Confirming deliveries and sending follow ‑ ups to senders or requesters as needed
  • Prepare and send apparel or branded items upon request.
  • Manage parking validations for employees and visitors.
  • Maintain inventory and place orders for shirts, safety vests, magnets, decals, and other office or field materials.
  • Support the office environment through basic cleaning and upkeep duties.
