Requirements

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Greet and assist all visitors and clients as they arrive.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for the office.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
