About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and organized Office Receptionist to join our team. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome all visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain and organize the reception area and front desk operations.
  • Assist with office supply inventory, placing orders as necessary.
