This role supervises our administrative staff and oversees operational functions; ensures efficient revenue cycle operations, patient services, and streamlined workflows while supporting a high-quality patient experience. Requirements
- 8+ years in medical practice leadership role, OR 5 years’ experience with a Bachelor’s degree
- Revenue cycle oversight (no coding required)
- Team leadership experience
- EPIC or similar EMR experience
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance
- Microsoft Office proficiency

Responsibilities
- Oversee billing operations for efficiency and compliance
- Monitor A/R, claims, and payments with billing lead
- Partner with internal teams and external billing resources
- Track metrics and improve financial performance
- Assist with budgeting, expenses, payroll coordination, and reporting
- Manage scheduling, registration, phones, and patient flow
- Ensure a positive patient experience
- Resolve patient concerns as needed
- Member of collaborative management team
- Supervise billing and front office staff
- Serve as liaison to physician leadership
- Support operational planning and improvements
- Oversee daily administrative functions
- Coordinate credentialing and compliance tasks
- Partner with outsourced HR and accounting
- Manage vendors and office supplies
- Coordinate facility needs
- Liaison with IT vendors
- Support EMR, billing, and communication systems
