About The Position

We’re looking for an Operations & Office Manager to own and elevate our day-to-day office experience. This role is central to ensuring a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable work environment, while supporting company operations and helping scale our internal processes as we grow.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in office management, operations, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, and office logistics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting employee experience initiatives
  • Familiarity with workplace tools and basic IT setup

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations to maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment
  • Manage office supplies, snacks, and amenities while tracking and maintaining inventory levels
  • Build and manage relationships with vendors, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service quality
  • Manage office services and accounts
  • Coordinate and execute team events, both in-office and offsite, including logistics and budgeting
  • Oversee company merchandise, including ordering, inventory management, and distribution
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards
  • Act as the main point of contact for office-related needs and employee requests
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and office improvements
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with HR
  • Partner with leadership to improve workplace policies, processes, and overall employee experience
