About The Position

We're looking for an Office Operations Events Lead to join Procore's Office Operations team. In this role, you'll plan and execute engaging internal and external events that bring our people together and strengthen our culture. Your primary goal will be to deliver seamless, memorable event experiences that reflect Procore's values and hospitality-first mindset. As an Office Operations Events Lead, you'll partner closely with the Office Operations, Facilities, IT, and Internal Communications teams to coordinate events of all sizes and ensure every detail-from planning to post-event wrap-up-is executed flawlessly. Use your organization, creativity, and customer service skills to design impactful experiences that build community and connection. This position reports to the Office Operations Manager and will be based in our Austin, TX office. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in events, hospitality, or a workplace experience role within a professional or corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute multiple events simultaneously with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated experience managing event budgets using Excel or Google Sheets and analyzing related data.
  • Competence in software such as Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, Canva, Jira, Coupa, or Concur.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can partner effectively across teams.
  • Commitment to a hospitality-first mindset with a customer service approach focused on employee engagement and company culture.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work onsite in the Austin office 5 days a week, with flexibility for event hours.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute multiple weekly events of varying size and complexity, from conception to completion.
  • Lead pre-event planning sessions with internal stakeholders to align on goals, logistics, and vision for onsite and offsite activities.
  • Oversee on-site setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring vendor and supplier success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Facilities, and Internal Communications for hybrid or virtual meetings, providing technical and logistical support.
  • Create and maintain digital event materials, including landing pages, email reminders, and Slack channels.
  • Track and analyze event data, communications, and budgets using internal systems and reporting tools.
  • Manage expense tracking and timely vendor payments while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Support additional Workplace Experience projects and initiatives as needed.
