About The Position

Looking for a stable, rewarding office role in Gainesville, FL, where your organizational skills truly matter?A+ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration is hiring a full-time Office Operations Coordinator to keep our service and installation teams operating at their best. This position plays a vital role in daily HVAC operations, ensuring jobs are prepared, teams are supported, and communication stays seamless across departments. You will earn between $20 and $25 per hour and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Health and dental 401(k) with match Company phone Take-home truck for technicians Eyeglass benefits PTO, paid holidays, and vacation ABOUT THIS OFFICE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR ROLE Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM You stay connected across the office and field, making sure technicians are prepared, paperwork is accurate, and jobs move forward without disruption. You communicate with dispatch and technicians to support scheduling changes, clarify job details, and keep workflows aligned. You coordinate parts and equipment with the warehouse and vendors so every service call and installation is properly supplied. You organize installation packets, manage job details in ServiceTitan, and track progress from start to completion. Throughout the day, you balance multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, assist customers professionally, and provide administrative support wherever it is needed to keep operations running efficiently. Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Service Titan
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with both office staff and field technicians
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach

  • HVAC industry experience is preferred
