Position Summary The Office of the President is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented assistant to support daily operations and strategic initiatives of the university’s executive leadership. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into higher education administration while contributing to meaningful projects that impact the campus community. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide support with general administrative tasks, may include assisting with: Monitor and order office supplies, coordinating with vendors as needed Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, invoicing and purchase requisitions in accordance with university policies and procedures Help maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Assist with the scheduling, coordination, and preparation of meetings and events Support planning and logistics for presidential engagements and university events Conduct online research and compile data to support ongoing projects and decision-making processes Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior leadership Perform other duties and assist with projects, as assigned to support the goals of the President’s Office
