Requirements

  • 5+ years of office or customer service management experience
  • Proven leadership experience building and managing teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience with compliance, documentation, or operations management preferred
  • IICRC certifications preferred
  • Xactimate certifications preferred
  • Construction management experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Construction or restoration industry experience preferred
  • Background check required (per applicable law)
  • Bilingual skills a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage office staff, including Job File Coordinators, Administrative Assistants, and Dispatch/Reception personnel
  • Foster and maintain a positive, professional office culture
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing development of office team members
  • Coordinate employee meetings, reviews, and internal communications
  • Manage subcontractor certifications, insurance, and compliance documentation
  • Maintain franchise compliance requirements, reporting, and national account program standards
  • Track and improve office KPIs and operational processes
  • Serve as primary administrator for office systems, technology, and workflows
  • Manage lead sources and ensure proper tracking and disposition
  • Support leadership with projects and additional duties as needed
