You'll be leading a team that proactively reaches out to patients, closes care gaps, and keeps people healthy and out of the ER. We're looking for an Office Manager who thrives in this environment — someone who already speaks the language of HEDIS, Medicare Advantage plans, and patient quality metrics, and who's ready to bring that expertise to one of our growing VIPcare clinic locations. Ideal background: You've worked in a Medicare Advantage primary care or value-based care setting. You understand what it means to manage a patient panel, not just a schedule. You've seen how proactive outreach, care coordination, and closing quality gaps actually improve lives — and you want to lead a team that does exactly that every day. As Office Manager, you're the operational heart of the clinic. You'll lead a care team of Medical Assistants and/or Receptionists, partner closely with Physicians and APPs, and take ownership of the clinic's performance and patient experience.
