This role supports daily business operations, vendor and supply management, facilities coordination, and multi-site communication across international teams. Key Responsibilities Office Operations & Administration Oversee daily office administrative functions Provide front desk and documentation support as needed Maintain a professional, organized office environment Procurement & Inventory Management Manage procurement of office supplies, laboratory materials, equipment, and pantry items Coordinate vendor selection, pricing, and relationship management Support customs and shipment coordination when required Facilities & Multi-Site Coordination Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Support facilities operations for the Denver office Coordinate operational communication across US, India, and UK offices Travel & Meeting Coordination Arrange travel logistics including flights, lodging, and transportation Schedule meetings and manage calendars for staff and leadership People Operations Support Support HR with onboarding activities Prepare workspaces, equipment, parking coordination, and welcome materials for new hires
