Eskola, LLC's Lexington, Kentucky branch is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team! The Office Manager is responsible for all office administration, reception, and assistance as required by corporate, branch manager, and other office personnel. The Office Manager will ensure office coverage, maintain excellent communication with clients, ensure company administrative needs are met, and ensure finances are kept up to date. The Office Manager provides support to the Branch Manager and Project Managers as required to set up, maintain, and complete jobs. The Office Manager ensures all supporting documents are provided to corporate AP, AR, Payroll, Finance, and HR departments.
