About The Position

We’re a local Chicago tour and charter boat company seeking a full-time Office Manager to work from our downtown office Monday through Friday. This position will be responsible for reception, administrative support and office management. The job includes a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: answering incoming calls; greeting guests; shipping and receiving; preparing reports; stocking office supplies; printer and phone management; arranging catering for meetings; assisting other departments; working with vendors; and acting as the liaison between our office and building management. The Office Manager must be professional and courteous in interacting with all customers and employees. Previous experience is preferred but not required. This position includes insurance benefits as well as a matching 401k program.

  • Professional and personable
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of Google Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
