About The Position

Voltage Park is building the next generation of AI infrastructure. We provide flexible, high-performance GPU cloud solutions that empower teams to train, fine-tune, and deploy advanced AI models at scale. Our mission is to accelerate innovation by making cutting-edge compute accessible, reliable, and efficient. With state-of-the-art hardware, a commitment to operational excellence, and a culture of ownership, we help our partners and customers unlock the full potential of artificial intelligence. We’re looking for an Office Manager to join our People Experience team and support our San Francisco office through an upcoming office move and ongoing day-to-day operations. This role is well suited for someone early in their office operations career who enjoys hands-on execution, learning by doing, and growing their scope over time. You’ll be supported in learning existing systems while also being encouraged to take initiative, share ideas, and help build scalable office operations as the company grows. The People Experience team is focused on creating a positive, efficient, and people-first workplace. We value people who take ownership, ask thoughtful questions, and help turn good intentions into durable systems. In this role, you’ll help ensure operational continuity during the office move while contributing to reliable, repeatable office practices that support a growing team.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in office management, workplace operations, administrative support, or a related role (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional presence.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable learning in a fast-growing environment where not everything is fully defined, and motivated to take increasing ownership over time.
  • Curious and improvement-minded, with an interest in systems, processes, and finding better ways to get work done, even if you’re still building experience.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and building trust through reliable follow-through.
  • Proactive, dependable, and willing to handle both logistical and physical aspects of the role (e.g., lifting supplies, standing, moving equipment).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a welcoming, organized, and safe office environment, including reception, kitchen supplies, conference rooms, and overall guest experience.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for office-related needs, resolving issues efficiently and escalating when appropriate.
  • Support recruiting and onboarding activities, including interview coordination, candidate experience, and new-hire office setup.
  • Support the planning and execution of the San Francisco office move in partnership with People Experience, IT, and external vendors.
  • Coordinate vendors, deliveries, and services to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Track office inventory and expenses and support adherence to office-related budgets.
  • Follow, document, and improve office processes and workflows, bringing forward ideas that increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Apply a systems-oriented mindset to understand how people, tools, and vendors interact across the office experience, with an eye toward building repeatable, scalable practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve office operations and employee experience, and propose practical solutions with guidance and partnership from the team.
  • Help plan and support team events, in-office moments, and activities that foster connection and engagement.
  • Support facilities operations and help ensure office policies and standards are followed consistently.
