Office Manager

Endurance EnergySeattle, WA
10d$70,000 - $95,000Onsite

About The Position

Office Manager Endurance is pioneering a new category of energy by building the world's first modular seafloor geothermal power plants. To succeed, we need a world class operator to own our physical workspace. This is not an administrative support role; you will run our facility the way a great general manager runs a high-performing location. You will be responsible for every detail of our 10,000 square foot office and warehouse, from the cleanliness of the floors to the food on the table at lunch. Our team is 20 today and doubling this year, and we need someone who can scale our space and operations to match.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing a physical location, facility, or operation where cleanliness and customer experience were top priorities
  • A proven track record of holding vendors and service providers to high standards
  • Extraordinarily high personal bar for cleanliness, order, and presentation
  • Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and purchasing
  • Ability to stay organized and composed while managing multiple competing priorities each day
  • A bias toward action and a willingness to personally step in when something is not right

Nice To Haves

  • General management or location management in food service, hospitality, or retail
  • Facility or office management at a fast growing company
  • Operations roles in environments with strict cleanliness or safety standards
  • Military or other backgrounds that demand discipline and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day operations of our office and warehouse facility, holding both spaces to an exacting standard of cleanliness and organization
  • Manage all external vendors, including janitorial, snack, and food service providers. Set clear expectations, enforce accountability, and replace underperformers without hesitation.
  • Plan and coordinate daily employee lunch, managing ordering, delivery, dietary needs, and budget
  • Develop and maintain organizational systems for our warehouse space that keep pace with a rapidly growing inventory of parts and equipment
  • Anticipate facility needs before they become problems and act on them immediately
  • Build scalable processes that will support a team of 40+ by year end
  • Curate a physical environment that reflects the quality and ambition of the company

Benefits

  • Early-team stock options
  • Full medical and dental insurance
