Requirements
- 2–3+ years of administrative or office management experience
- Experience supporting executives
- Strong organizational skills-you don't just manage details, you own them
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball (or at least knowing which ball can bounce)
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Comfortable working independently but also a strong team player
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally around the SLC area as needed

- Experience in eCommerce or consumer products
Responsibilities
- Keep the office and warehouse running like a well-oiled machine
- Be the right hand to our CEO and leadership team-think scheduling, travel coordination, and keeping priorities on track
- Plan and coordinate meetings, offsites, and team events
- Lead the charge on company culture-help us create a workplace people want to be part of
- Manage office upgrades and improvements
- Own relationships with vendors, service providers, and building management
- Coordinate IT equipment needs (laptops, onboarding/offboarding) with our external IT partner
- Support basic accounting tasks like AP, expense tracking, and reconciliations
- Occasionally run local errands or pick up product from nearby warehouse partners
- Jump in wherever needed-because no two days here look exactly the same
