As Office Manager , you will oversee daily operations and ensure excellence in: Scheduling and staffing coordination Caregiver performance and accountability Client satisfaction and service quality Office organization and workflow management Compliance and documentation oversight Team leadership and culture development You will work closely with leadership to drive growth, maintain operational efficiency, and ensure dependable service delivery. Requirements

  • Proven leadership or management experience (healthcare or home care preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Professional, solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience with scheduling systems and Microsoft Office preferred
  • High level of accountability and follow-through
