This role provides confidential administrative and personal support to the management team and helps keep our operations running smoothly, from onboarding and payroll to events and vendor coordination. Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a relevant field (Accounting, Business Administration, or similar).
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience supporting multiple venues in the hospitality industry.
  • At least 6 months of payroll processing experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with payroll and HR systems is a plus.
  • Professional presentation with a strong client-service mindset.
  • Collaborative problem-solver who stays composed under pressure.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with sharp attention to detail; ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
  • Discretion and good judgment when handling confidential information.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure clear, timely communication and follow-through on all requests between management, staff, and head office.
  • Manage onboarding for new hires: collect documents, verify information, and ensure onboarding completion.
  • Keep head office updated with personnel changes and staffing updates in a timely manner.
  • Process cash orders, cash dispersals, and tip reconciliations with accuracy and integrity.
  • Review invoices and input them into the inventory system; facilitate transfers between locations.
  • Prepare hourly payroll data for processing; coordinate with HR and payroll to ensure timely payments.
  • Equip team members with the tools, equipment, and training they need to perform at peak levels.
  • Provide administrative support for special events, including planning and logistics support.
  • Support recruitment initiatives in collaboration with HR, including posting roles and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
