Biller Genie is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the physical office environment and daily operational needs. This role is responsible for ensuring the office is fully stocked, well-maintained, and functioning efficiently while serving as the primary point of contact for building management and office vendors. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership of space, systems, and processes—and who takes pride in creating an organized, welcoming, and productive office environment.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in an Office Manager or similar operational role.
  • Strong organizational, inventory management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing office environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace.
  • Manage office inventory and supplies, including tracking usage, forecasting needs, and placing orders.
  • Maintain common areas such as breakrooms, conference rooms, and shared spaces, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with building property management, maintenance teams, and external vendors.
  • Coordinate office services, repairs, and facility-related requests.
  • Support internal communication related to office operations and logistics.
  • Organize and support company-wide events, office celebrations, and team-building activities.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Partner with leadership on operational improvements and administrative initiatives.
