Manages the day to day operations of the auction front office and staff to ensure procedures are followed Maintain supplies for the auction operation’s use Organize and oversee filing of sale paperwork and automobile titles Schedule front office labor according to auction’s staffing needs Communicate with customers, vendors and other department managers Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures Assist home office accounting personnel with various tasks Process payroll using 3rd party software Oversee collection of past due accounts Manage office staff, timecards and other HR tasks Oversee the accurate and timely processing of title paperwork Process deposits and outgoing electronic payments to customers Meet deadlines for month end accounting processes set by home office Safeguard company assets including cash deposits with armored carrier
