Requirements

  • Honest, trustworthy and reliable.
  • Hardworking.
  • Physical ability to perform sedentary work work, exerting up to 10lbs of force occasionally.
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in business, HR, accounting or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience of office management in a fast-paced office preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, while coordinating with the corporate accounting department and adhering to corporate processes.
  • Liaisons between the office staff and the corporate accounting staff, ensuring that all monthly transactions are completed and submitting by the accounting month-end deadline.
  • Supervise and assist with the preparation of shipping paperwork to include route map, shipping manifests, analytical test results, and compilation of any additional information necessary for ensuring efficiency in plant operations and data entry, always within regulatory requirements.
  • Liaisons between the office staff and the plant staff, ensuring that all needed information is received and assisting with handling any issues that may arise.
  • Liaisons between the office staff and the sales staff, assisting with researching and finding answers for any questions or problems that may arise with a customer account.
  • Liaisons between the office staff and the corporate HR department, by submitting new hire packets for processing, submitting payroll approval in payroll system weekly
  • Support plant management by taking the lead on any other projects, as needed. Such as training course scheduling and coordination for both internal and external training courses, report requests as needed, and assistance in monitoring company performance.
