This role includes reviewing paperwork submitted by BHT and BC/MT staff weekly to ensure accuracy for payroll and billing, as well as filing client records to maintain secure and orderly documentation. Additional responsibilities involve managing communications, scheduling clients, maintaining office supplies, preparing correspondence and reports, and supporting administrative and operational staff. The ideal candidate will be proactive, accurate, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
