About The Position

MAS Environmental (a NOVA Engineering & Environmental Company) is hiring an Office Manager to support the daily operations of our Tampa, Florida office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, financial accounting, and human resources. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office, supporting our team, and contributing to our environmental and engineering projects. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct day-to-day administrative, correspondence, and office operations, to include coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and schedules of management, marketing, and project management team. Provide support to Project Managers, while overseeing several EPA-funded projects in various stages of completion. Accountable for overall project management assistance, generating quotes, scheduling, permitting procurement, and monitoring project deadlines. Compile and submit required documentation to the city/state/county to secure right-of-way permits, utility locations, and access for non-source properties for all projects. Maintain records for marketing department and gather data for leads. Research, collect, and document historical and site data from state website. Facilitate client representative interaction. Coordinate equipment rentals, transportation, and logistics. Consistently analyze operations to identify opportunities for operational process improvements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • 5+ years of office administration experience
  • Experience in the AEC industry is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
