Orchestra is seeking an Office Manager responsible for the day-to-day health, functionality, and experience of our 42,000 sqft office. This is a dedicated, on-site role focused on ensuring smooth office operations, reliable facilities support, and a consistent in-office experience for employees and guests. Working closely with the front desk and facilities teams, this role serves as a primary point of accountability for office management and facilities coordination, helping the office scale sustainably as headcount and usage continue to grow. Role location: This role is based in our New York, N.Y. office, 5 days per week.
