About The Position

AI has changed software development. Security hasn’t caught up — until now. Corridor is changing the game of product security, giving developers the ability to securely build with AI. As we grow our team and expand our physical presence, we’re looking for an Office Manager to help create an office that people love coming to and a community that reflects our mission and values. This is a people-first, execution-oriented role focused on keeping our office running smoothly while intentionally building culture and community internally and externally. You’ll also play a key role in setting up and shaping our new office space as we grow and move in the coming months.

Requirements

  • Experience in office management, workplace experience, events, or community roles (startup experience a plus)
  • Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, welcoming presence
  • Hands-on and proactive
  • Comfortable working with vendors and managing logistics
  • Excited to help shape culture in a fast-growing, mission-driven company
  • Experience planning events or managing community programs
  • Experience supporting an office move or office build-out

Responsibilities

  • Design and host regular in-office community events (e.g., game nights, movie nights, team lunches, themed events)
  • Create a warm, inclusive environment for employees, guests, and partners
  • Bring new ideas for how we can foster connection, creativity, and fun around what we’re building
  • Help onboard new employees by making sure they have everything they need to get started.
  • Help plan and execute the setup of our new office space, including layout, furnishings, and décor
  • Work with landlords, movers, and vendors during office transitions
  • Own day-to-day office operations to ensure the space is organized, welcoming, and well-stocked with snacks and supplies
  • Coordinate with vendors for lunches, snacks, beverages, office supplies, decorations, and other needs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related issues and requests
  • Work with executive leadership to coordinate high-impact meetings
  • Buy and coordinate swag distribution to celebrate team members and support sales/marketing efforts
  • Work with Sales to coordinate and book dinners and other events
