About The Position

- The Office Manager at Behavioral Health Services Inc will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day administrative operations of the office. Requirements

  • Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Oversee office operations and procedures, ensuring organizational effectiveness and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff and leadership, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, and placing orders.
  • Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries, providing support and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by management.
  • Ensure the office environment is safe, secure, and conducive to productivity, addressing maintenance and facility issues as needed.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and cooperation across the organization.
