The Office Manager is responsible for overall Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controlling functions of Title Express Operations. In addition, the Office Manager will manage all aspects of the P-O-L-C framework with the goal of helping the department and staff meet budget, revenue, and customer satisfaction standards. With a thorough understanding of Copart Title Express State Specific policies and procedures, the Office Manager will create a customer first environment for internal/external clients by offering unique and innovative solutions that meet their needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to solve complex problems and issues, utilizing strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of vehicle title processing and state requirements
  • Experience managing fully remote and/or hybrid teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in email, fax, and standard computer applications including Word and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Strong leadership experience with ability to attract, recruit, develop and retain a diverse, high performing team that meets departmental and state guidelines and expectations
  • Create a highly engaged team environment which drives execution, innovation, productivity, and future leaders and providing support where needed
  • Proactively oversees performance of the team to quickly identify and address all trends/coaching opportunities, and take appropriate action
  • Set goals and ensure that each employee is utilizing the tools provided to them to achieve continual success
  • Must immediately raise any concerns that could negatively impact the department, the employees, and/or customers up to the Senior Operations Manager
  • Ability to hold the employees accountable with unbiased fairness to help drive performance
  • Must remain within compliance guidelines for any System Quality Reviews
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of leadership throughout the organization with professionalism both written and verbal
  • Prepare reports and summaries to support management needs by using Excel, MiHub, and Tableau
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems for both digital and physical employee files
  • Manage and respond to communication from lienholders, by providing timely and effective responses while ensuring all received documents are followed by appropriate next steps
  • Ensure consistent communication with remote team members through regular check-ins, virtual meetings, and clear documentation of tasks and expectations
  • Available for overtime as required to meet business demands
