We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Office Manager to support our people and office operations. This role is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day office functions while fostering a professional, policy‑driven workplace environment. The ideal candidate understands the critical role of Human Resources, respects established HR governance and consistently applies policies and procedures fairly and objectively.This role is part of the HR team with an on‑the‑ground presence in our Colorado office, ensuring seamless integration with headquarters and adherence to company standards. The role is based in our Westminster, CO office and reports directly to VP of HR in Maryland Office. This is an In-office/Onsite position
