About The Position

The Office Manager/Administrative Assistant will oversee the office's general administrative functions and activities, manage the front desk, and support management with administrative tasks. The Office Manager will be the face of the front office, ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional administrative support. You are a professional, maintain discretion on sensitive business matters, are organized, and a friendly individual who can self-manage and multitask. Requirements

  • 5+ years of recent office administration.
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proactive work style.
  • Must be able to reach, lift, bend, and kneel.
  • Must be able to sit for an 8+ hour shift.
  • Must be able to lift independently up to 25 lbs.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; periodic scheduling flexibility to modify executive travel arrangements when necessary.

Nice To Haves

  • Work experience supporting executives in the gaming industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, answer phones, and manage front desk operations.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings.
  • Assist with managing the CEO’s calendar, travel, and meeting scheduling; periodic availability on weekends to modify travel is needed.
  • Maintain breakrooms, meeting spaces, and the boardroom, with minor cleaning.
  • Coordinate office logistics, supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Process expense reports.
  • Receives and distributes mail and ships out packages.
  • Performs or facilitates maintenance of office equipment, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed for the corporate office and sportsbook locations.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between building management and IT desktop support.
  • Responsible for uniform and equipment inventory.
  • Office errands.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
