About The Position

Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a proactive and highly organized Office & Facilities Coordinator to support daily office operations and facilities management. The ideal candidate will coordinate office logistics, vendor relationships, workspace management, and internal administrative support to ensure a productive and efficient work environment. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of administrative or facilities coordination experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational priorities effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting corporate office operations within government contracting environments.
  • Experience coordinating vendor services or facility management tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily office administrative activities and workspace logistics.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and administrative resources.
  • Support internal teams with office-related needs.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance requests and vendor services.
  • Assist with office layout planning and workspace organization.
  • Maintain facility documentation and service schedules.
  • Coordinate relationships with office service providers and vendors.
  • Monitor vendor contracts and service agreements.
  • Ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues.
  • Assist with internal meetings, office events, and operational coordination.
  • Support operations leadership with documentation and scheduling.
  • Assist in maintaining workplace safety procedures and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate facility inspections and safety protocols when necessary.
