You will be the person who ensures that our team, recruits, and partners feel the "Canopy difference" from the moment they step through the door.

Responsibilities

  • Own the lobby experience. You aren't just sitting at a desk; you are managing the atmosphere, greeting high-level recruits, and ensuring guests are comfortable.
  • Manage the heavy flow of incoming/outgoing mail, FedEx, and UPS.
  • Proactively manage our snack and office supply inventories.
  • Support our leadership team with "growth-mode" tasks - whether that’s helping set up for a sudden 20-person lunch meeting or organizing a new shipment of branded swag.
  • Maintain a pristine, organized environment in all common areas.
