Rocket Media is hiring a part-time Office & Culture Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our Gilbert, AZ headquarters. This isn't a "sit at the front desk and answer phones" kind of role. This is the person who makes sure our team feels taken care of, our clients feel appreciated, and our office runs like it's on autopilot — because you're quietly running it.

Requirements

Take ownership without being told twice

Have experience wrangling vendors, events, or office operations

Responsibilities

Facilities & supplies — pantry stocked, vendors scheduled, nothing runs out
Team events — Company Picnic, Holiday Party, quarterly outings, and all the moments in between
Client appreciation — onboarding gifts, seasonal swag, ABR gifts, and the thoughtful touches that make clients feel like more than an account number
Catering & meeting support — internal and client-facing
Presentation prep — slide decks and materials for speaking engagements
General office logistics — mail, packaging, and the random-but-important stuff
