About The Position

24Seven Hotels Corporate Office is currently seeking a professional to join our team as a Part-Time Office Coordinator (20-25 hours a week). This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation and welcoming environment of our corporate office. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, office administration, or facilities coordination.
  • Experience in a corporate office environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with ordering supplies, managing vendors, and coordinating meetings/events.
  • Basic knowledge of HR administrative processes is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (not mandatory but adds value).

  • Angus System – place work orders for engineering and or janitorial
  • Symmetry Connect – Employee access cards/access point
  • Ace Parking – Employee parking transponders
  • Basic HR Admin
  • Basic HR admin support functions as time dictates
