About The Position

Friendship Village Tempe is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team!

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • 1+ year of in-person administrative or receptionist experience (required)
  • Strong skill set using MS Excel for data entry/reporting (required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill set
  • Strong organizational and attention to details skill set
  • Strong customer service, hospitality driven
  • Able to handle high-volume, fast-paced environment with planned and unplanned appointments/walk-ins and interruptions simultaneously daily while still hitting project deadlines
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment (phones, printer, copier, scanner, fax, label maker, coffee machine)

Nice To Haves

  • Event coordination experience a plus
  • Requesting/Evaluating Medical Records experience a plus
  • Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce/CRM Software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support both the Marketing & Sales team and Move-in team with administrative and coordination tasks
  • Keep things organized, supplies stocked and things running smoothly in the Marketing Office
  • Open/Closing responsibilities, primary communication hub, answer phones and greet guests
  • Data entry (CRM and Excel), tracking/reporting, book reservations, process deposits and sales, and more
  • Bring positivity, willingness to learn, ability to collaborate with various departments and professionalism to daily resident and team interactions
