Get to Know Your Team: BSA Outpatient Therapy Services is a rehabilitation facility for patients recovering from major illness or injury outside of a hospital setting. We offer various rehabilitation services, including aquatic therapy, lymphedema therapy, diabetes education, Occupational Therapy, Pediatric Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and the area’s only certified Cardiac Rehabilitation program.

Requirements

High School (or GED equivalent) diploma.

Nice To Haves

Minimum of 1 year in clerical functions, but 5 or more years is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year medical or legal office management experience.

Responsibilities

The Office Coordinator is responsible for organization and efficiency in the office of Risk management.
Responsible for the coordination and submission of insurance claims and applications, along with all aspects of the Risk management office and to perform all tasks as assigned.
