As Office Coordinator, you support a positive and productive workplace by overseeing daily office operations, facility’s needs, vendors, and weekly lunches. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication to create a seamless employee experience. This part-time contract position is based in our office in Mountain View, CA and will be required to be in the office 5 days a week, Monday-Friday.
