Equitable is looking for a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented Office Coordinator for our Grand Rapids, MI office. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, exceptional time mamagement skills and commitment to maintaining a productive work environment. This role will be onsite in our Grand Rapids, MI office.

  • Office management responsibilities; client refreshments, equipment maintenance, and vendor contact for business as usual items
