Requirements

  • Experience working in a professional environment preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Possess the ability to multitask and successfully prioritize assignments based on deadlines
  • Accustomed to working in high volume and high energy atmosphere
  • Has successfully demonstrated the ability to take ownership of their work
  • Enjoys complex and challenging assignments; organized and proactive

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly, positive manner
  • Responsible for receiving, sorting, and routing mail received at the reception desk
  • Handle all outgoing mail, including sorting, envelope stuffing and postage machine workings
  • Responsible for receiving and handling of all checks
  • Assist with accounting and audit-related documentation, discrepancy tracking, and internal reporting
  • Maintains the reception area and common areas to always look neat and professional
  • Ordering, receiving, and organizing all office supplies
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications, including calendars and office milestones
  • Working with vendors on equipment management and maintenance
  • Perform administrative duties for multiple departments
  • Assist with Events Planning for Staff, Marketing Efforts, Conventions, Food ordering.
