Signature Healthcare at Home is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Office Coordinator to join our Port Orchard team. This is a full‑time, in-office role supporting daily administrative operations, with a primary focus on scheduling coordination and medical records management. Candidates who live in Kitsap County or nearby are strongly preferred, as this position is based onsite at our Port Orchard office. Position Summary The office coordinator acts as a generalist in all office duties including, but not limited to, aspects of scheduling, administrative assistant, medical records and intake. This role is responsible for a general knowledge and ability to perform tasks in each role as needed by the agency.
