Dungarvin is hiring an Office Coordinator / Program Support Specialist to support multiple Adult Day Program locations across Southern California. This position is based out of our Lakewood office in Long Beach and plays a key role in keeping day-to-day operations organized, supported, and running smoothly. This role supports program leadership in maintaining consistency across services and operations, ensuring that teams have what they need to effectively support the individuals we serve. You’ll work closely with Program Directors, Program Coordinators, and Area Leadership to help keep communication, documentation, and administrative processes moving efficiently across multiple locations. This is not a traditional administrative role where tasks are handed to you throughout the day. This position requires someone who is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently but with a team-oriented mindset. You will serve as a central support point across teams, stepping in where needed and helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll be the person who notices what needs attention, takes action, and follows things through from start to finish. Whether it’s organizing files, supporting scheduling needs, managing office operations, or assisting with projects, your work directly helps programs stay structured, efficient, and well-supported.
